Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

Shipping rate
A flat shipping fee of USD 20.00 applies to every order. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — there are no additional shipping charges after checkout from our side.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
- United States: typically 7–14 days from the order date.
- Canada, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia: typically 10–20 days from the order date.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Damaged in transit
Our glass lamps are packed with protective packaging. If anything arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will make it right.
